Post twelve!
It's always an odd feeling getting to the end of a class you liked. As a student you want the semester to fly by and get into the rhythm trying to get by one assignment at a time while balancing work and a personal life. However, there are always those little projects that take you out of that little slump. For me, it was this weeks assignment with adobe spark. It was not related to educational technology directly but we had the liberty to create a one minute video using Adobe Spark software on anything that we gravitated towards.
I did my adobe spark video on one of my favorite hobbies, drifting. I was contemplating doing it on something random but decided to share a little about myself. It was nice to disengage from the tunnel vision of just EDIT stuff. With that liberty, it provided good motivation to explore and get creative playing with new software. The cool part about an assignment like this is that the main learning takeaway it the ability to transfer knowledge when applied to creating content for EDIT. This assignment has indirectly lit a lightbulb, making me realize not all assignment have to be direct practice on the subject at hand.
